If you don’t love our products and services, we’ll take them back as long as they meet our return requirements below.

Our Return Requirements

In order for us to issue a refund or an exchange, your return must meet all the following conditions:

  1. The item is in the same condition as it was when you bought it.
  2. The item is unused.
  3. The item is in its original packaging.
  4. The item is NOT a sale item, a gift card, customized or otherwise non-returnable or non-refundable.
  5. Valid proof of purchase (however, if you are missing proof of purchase, we may be able to locate this information in our system).

Given the nature of our products, we will not be able to process any return requests that fail to meet these 5 requirements.

The Return Process

When you contact us about a return, we’ll provide you with further instructions. Please note that we may charge a restocking fee of 15% to the total purchase amountto process your return. You will also be responsible for the shipping process associated with any returns, including the costs associated with a return (unless we tell you otherwise). In any case, please be sure to comply with your local laws and carrier requirements when returning products to us.

We inspect all the returns we receive. If your return complies with this policy, we’ll fulfil your refund request. If, however, your return does not comply with this policy –for example, you do not return your purchase in the same condition – we may not carry out your request.

The Shipping Process

When you order from us, we aim to process your order within 5businessdays. After we’ve processed your order, you can expect to receive it within the estimated shipping timelines we provide at the time you make your purchase. Depending on your order, location, and delivery preferences, you may be charged a shipping fee.

We will not ship any purchases to a PO Box. We will only ship to the address associated with your valid possession and acquisition license.

You can expect to receive communications from us throughout the shipping process. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or text notification, which will include a tracking number that can be used to monitor the status of your order.

International Shipping

Currently, we only sell our products in Canada, but we may expand our reach to other countries in the future.
